The existing roof is professionally cleaned and rinsed to remove dirt, grime, moss, lichen and other surface build-up before coating.
02 — Repairs Where Required
Once the roof has been cleaned and inspected, any necessary repairs or additional preparation are addressed before the coating system is applied. Not every roof will require repairs.
03 — Elastacoat Membrane Primer
The appropriate Elastocoat membrane primer is applied to prepare the roof surface before the colour coats are applied.
04 — Colour Sealer
Two coats of Globalcote Elastacote membrane are professionally applied to provide the finished colour and protective coating.
