How long does a roof respray last?

Our eligible roof coating systems are backed by a 14-year guarantee against colour fade and peel. The guarantee relates to the coating system and its specified conditions rather than guaranteeing the structural life of the roof itself.
Can you restore both tiled and metal roofs?
Yes. Roof Spruce works with both tiled and metal roofing surfaces.
The restoration process and preparation requirements can vary depending on the type and condition of the roof, which is why each property is assessed individually.
What does a roof restoration include?
Our roof restoration process includes thorough surface cleaning and preparation followed by the application of our coating system.
Our Globalcote 3 step system includes a high-pressure clean and rinse, the appropriate Elastacoat roof membrane primer and two coats of Elastacoat roof membrane colour sealer.
Minor rust spots and minor screw replacements can be addressed where required. Extensive or full screw replacement may incur an additional charge.
How long does a roof restoration take?
The time required depends on the size and condition of the roof, the preparation required and weather conditions.

Do you replace rusty roof screws?
